The Lendr file

Lendr.Online, LLC is the name on the redacted settlement letter in BDLG’s public library. Lendr’s own website describes both merchant cash advances and commercial loans, so identifying the actual product is an important first step. This guide concerns MCA matters; a brand name alone does not classify an agreement.

Compare the signed contract with the demand letter, account reference and party proposing settlement. A website description, ACH label or search result is not a substitute for those records. Include any renewal agreement if the amount advanced or payment terms changed.

The public Lendr letter is particularly useful for understanding payment frequency: it proposes biweekly wires rather than a single payment or a standard monthly installment. A business owner needs the actual calendar, not only the total settlement amount.

A Lendr offer with biweekly payments.

Offer: $44,000 · stated balance: $77,640

The redacted letter offers a $44,000 settlement against a $77,640 balance, with biweekly wire payments of $1,222.22. It conditions settlement on receipt of the full agreed amount and reserves rights if the arrangement is not performed. This is an offer, not evidence that the account was paid or closed.

Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Frequency changes the budget.

Biweekly does not mean twice a month.

Biweekly generally means every two weeks. That creates a different calendar from two payments each month and can produce three due dates in some months. Plot the dates against payroll and actual customer receipts before assessing whether the proposal is workable.

Reconcile the payment amount with the total settlement figure and ask for clarification of the final installment. Also account for any wire costs and processing requirements stated in the complete agreement. Do not infer an installment count merely because the letter lists a recurring amount.

Check the offer’s availability and the language governing completion. If a deadline has passed or a different schedule is needed, obtain an authorized written revision. Where an MCA lawsuit or UCC matter exists, identify the separate documents that address dismissal, release or termination and the conditions for each.

Before the next call or deadline

Four practical first steps.

  1. Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
  2. Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
  3. Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
  4. Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.
Questions about this funder

Lendr MCA questions, answered.

Is every Lendr agreement a merchant cash advance?

No classification should be made from the brand alone. Lendr’s website describes MCA and commercial-loan products. The signed agreement and actual transaction need to be reviewed.

Why does biweekly differ from twice monthly?

Every-two-week dates move through the calendar, while twice-monthly dates are usually tied to two dates each month. Use the schedule in your agreement to evaluate when cash must be available.

Can I use the $44,000 example to calculate my likely result?

No. It is one conditional offer involving a different balance and circumstances. It does not establish current offer terms or a standard settlement percentage.

What should I retain after the last payment?

Keep the full agreement, payment confirmations, final accounting and written closure or release. If a lawsuit or security filing was involved, retain the documents showing how those issues were resolved too.

What does the free MCA review cover?

The initial consultation can address your MCA agreement, payment pressure, collection communications or case status. Consultations are free. Any retained legal-service fees are separate and addressed in the engagement terms.
