Anthony Rumore, Esq.

Since 1998, Anthony Rumore has been representing the legal needs of clients with an emphasis in Real Estate Law, General Commercial Law and Transactions. Anthony Rumore holds a law degree (juris doctorate) with distinction from South Texas College of Law (1997). He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Southern District of Florida.  During his legal career, he has served as legal counsel for widely varying types of business enterprises including, commercial and financial organizations, transportation service organizations, businesses involved in medical services, aviation, fine art, security, technology, mortgage lending, title insurance as well as many petroleum, restaurant, retail and hospitality ventures. Anthony Rumore has provided counsel for and has structured hundreds of commercial transactions and has guided numerous clients through the aquisiton or sale of many types of business enterprises and assets.   Anthony Rumore has been at the forefront of the fight to protect homeowners, consumers debtors and business debtors by utilizing his more than twenty (20) years of legal and business experience, as well as exercising the legal tools available through the law firm’s well established bankruptcy practice, to safeguard his clients and to strategize, negotiate and faciliate favorable dispute resolutions. Steve R. Serra, Esq.

Attorney Steven R. Serra received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1997.  He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1998 and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.  Mr. Serra has extensive experience in bankruptcy filings and debt related litigation.

Mr. Serra received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, from Northwestern University in 1991. Mr. Serra worked as an engineer designing packaging machinery before deciding to move on to law.  In addition to his Florida admissions, Mr. Serra is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
