The Queen Funding file
Queen Funding LLC is the plaintiff named in the redacted stipulation in BDLG’s library. The document refers to two secured merchant agreements and a summary-judgment motion that had been submitted to the court. This example concerns a particular procedural stage, not merely collection calls before a lawsuit.
A proposed total can be difficult to evaluate when several contracts and additional charges are involved. Separate each agreement, its payment history and the amounts demanded. Identify whether attorney fees, interest and costs are included in a quoted figure or claimed on top of it.
The excerpt is headed as a so-ordered stipulation, but the public image does not establish that a judge approved it or that performance was completed. Verify the actual court record and signed terms before assuming the case or motion has been resolved.

The published library records proposed settlement terms of $102,000 against a $195,970 comparison amount. The document also refers to an additional $48,992.50 in attorney fees, plus interest and costs, excluded from that comparison. The distinction matters when interpreting the displayed figures: they do not represent every charge referenced in the dispute.

Partial, redacted excerpt from one matter. Other pages, amendments and later events may affect these terms. This discussion does not summarize the complete agreement or case. Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
A settlement proposal does not tell you what the court has done.
Check the latest docket entries, motion papers and orders. If a motion is awaiting decision, ask counsel how the parties will notify the court of any agreement and what happens if an order arrives before performance. Do not assume negotiations have paused proceedings.
Review the scope across both contracts. A settlement should identify the covered agreements, business entities, guarantors and claims. If one account is omitted or a release applies only after full payment, those details affect what remains outstanding.
Compare like amounts when evaluating a reduction. A principal or receivables figure, a demand including fees and a judgment with interest are different reference points. Request a clear calculation, and have the legal basis for disputed additions reviewed alongside the commercial proposal.
Where does your Queen Funding matter stand?
MCA payments are too much
Separate the payment demands under each agreement before deciding whether a combined proposal is workable.
Receivables or accounts are affected
Check whether a receivables notice relates to one agreement or both and what release language covers it.
Court papers have arrived
Bring pending motion papers and docket updates as well as the complaint; a proposed stipulation may arrive at an active stage of the case.
Four practical first steps.
- Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
- Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
- Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
- Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.
Queen Funding MCA questions, answered.
Does a pending Queen Funding motion stop while settlement is discussed?
Not automatically. Counsel should review the docket and any written agreement or court order affecting the schedule. Continue to treat court requirements as active unless they have been properly changed.
Why does the example mention two agreements?
A single dispute can involve more than one contract. Confirm that proposed settlement and release language covers every agreement and party intended to be included.
Are the additional attorney fees included in the $195,970 comparison?
No. The public library notes exclude $48,992.50 in additional attorney fees, plus interest and costs. That is why the comparison figure should not be described as the entire asserted exposure.
Does a so-ordered heading prove a judge approved the stipulation?
No. The heading alone is insufficient. Review the signed document and court record to determine whether it was entered and what effect it has.
What does the free MCA review cover?
