The MicroAdvance file
Our document names MicroAdvance Funding, LLC and an agreement to purchase and sell future receivables. It also identifies an authorized negotiator whose details are redacted, making authority and payment instructions useful records to verify.
The plan uses two dates each month rather than an every-other-week schedule. It separately discusses held receipts and a process for releasing UCC filings and other security interests after full payment clears.

MicroAdvance’s example has a twice-monthly calendar.
The excerpt states a $24,579.60 balance and a conditional $15,000 settlement, with $625 payments on the 9th and 23rd each month until paid. Held-fund credits and other terms may affect the remaining installments. Confirm the complete schedule and ledger instead of inferring a fixed payment count from the excerpt.

Partial, redacted excerpt from one matter. Other pages, amendments and later events may affect these terms. This discussion does not summarize the complete agreement or case. Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Track the cash separately from the filing status.
Two dates every month means twenty-four scheduled dates in a full year. An every-two-weeks plan generally creates twenty-six dates. Use the 9th and 23rd in this example rather than labeling the schedule biweekly, and check the full terms for holidays, receipt deadlines and adjustments.
The document says held funds are released to MicroAdvance and credited to the merchant’s balance. Obtain the amount transferred, the date received and the resulting balance. Ending a hold does not necessarily mean the held money returns to the business; the written destination matters.
The excerpt describes beginning the UCC and security-interest release process after receipt and clearance of payment in full. Ask for the responsible party, expected paperwork and confirmation of filing. A payment confirmation, processor release and UCC termination are separate items to track.
Where does your MicroAdvance matter stand?
MCA payments are too much
Map the twice-monthly $625 schedule against other MCA debits and confirm how credits change the remaining payments.
Receivables or accounts are affected
Identify the processor or payor holding funds and whether the agreed release sends them to the funder or the business.
Court papers have arrived
Provide any lawsuit or judgment papers even if an authorized negotiator is discussing a payment plan.
Four practical first steps.
- Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
- Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
- Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
- Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.
MicroAdvance MCA questions, answered.
Is the MicroAdvance schedule biweekly?
The example uses the 9th and 23rd of each month. That is twice monthly and differs from payments every two weeks.
Does a release of held funds mean the business receives them?
Not in this example: the document directs held funds to MicroAdvance with a credit to the balance. Verify the recipient and credit under your own terms.
Are UCC filings automatically removed when the plan is signed?
The excerpt describes a release process after full payment is received and clears. Ask for completion records rather than assuming a signed plan ends the filing.
Can I determine the remaining payment count from the excerpt?
No. Confirm held-fund credits, applicable charges, the full schedule and the remaining balance under the actual agreement. The displayed terms do not supply the complete account history.
