The Bitty file

Bitty’s website terms identify Bitty Advance 2, LLC as the website operator, and its navigation distinguishes revenue-based financing from business loans. That makes the product and the company named in your own signed documents important. This guide concerns MCA matters; it is not a funding application or a guide to every Bitty product.

Collect the current agreement, any renewal and the servicing messages you received. A broker who introduced the transaction may not be the person authorized to approve a settlement. Match the account reference and sender to the contract before treating a call or email as a binding change.

What the Bitty $4,000 proposal actually says.

Proposed terms: $4,000 · comparison amount: $10,973.06

The published excerpt describes approval of a $4,000 settlement against a stated $10,973.06 balance. It ties settlement confirmation and termination of any associated UCC filing to receipt of cleared funds. It also makes the offer contingent on timely payment. The excerpt does not establish that those conditions were completed.

Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Start with the withdrawals affecting this week’s cash flow.

A servicing message is only one part of the account history.

Save portal messages, emails and texts showing requests to change a debit amount, the supporting sales information and any response. Record the amount actually withdrawn after a proposed change. That helps distinguish a request, an approval and a change that was implemented.

If someone says the account is settled, ask what written confirmation follows payment and what happens to any MCA UCC filing. If a Bitty Advance lawsuit has arrived, include the summons and complaint even while settlement discussions continue. The claim and the settlement proposal are separate documents with separate consequences.

Before the next call or deadline

Four practical first steps.

  1. Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
  2. Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
  3. Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
  4. Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.
Questions about this funder

Bitty MCA questions, answered.

Does the name Bitty Advance 2, LLC tell me which product I have?

No. The website operator’s name is a useful identity reference, but your signed agreement determines what was purchased or advanced, the payment terms and the parties’ obligations. Send the full agreement rather than relying on the product name used in a call.

What if the servicing notice uses a different name?

Preserve the notice, account reference and sender details. An attorney can compare them with your agreement and any assignment or collection authorization. A different name needs explanation; it is not automatically evidence that the demand is invalid.

Does the $4,000 example mean my account can settle for that amount?

No. Those are terms from one individual matter. A different balance, payment history, cash-flow position or litigation status may produce different options or no agreement at all.

When is the UCC release addressed in the Bitty example?

The excerpt links termination and release of an associated UCC filing to cleared funds in the agreed amount. It does not prove that the filing was subsequently terminated. Your own proposed terms and the actual filing record need to be checked.

What does the free MCA review cover?

The initial consultation can address your MCA agreement, payment pressure, collection communications or case status. Consultations are free. Any retained legal-service fees are separate and addressed in the engagement terms.
