Capital Minutes MCA lawsuit or payments you cannot sustain?
Capital Minutes offers more than one kind of business financing. If your dispute involves an MCA, start with the actual agreement and the lawsuit’s accounting—not a general description of the company’s products.
Free MCA review or case evaluation.
No lawsuit is required to ask for help.

The Capital Minutes file
Capital Minutes’ services page describes merchant cash advances alongside lines of credit and SBA funding. Its current homepage also discusses revenue-based financing and other products. This guide concerns existing MCA obligations; a product name or company name alone does not identify the terms of your transaction.
The public BDLG excerpt names Capital Minutes LLC and describes a filed action with settlement terms. It includes an acknowledgment of the stated suit amount before the payment provisions. That means the introductory paragraphs deserve the same attention as the settlement number.
Bring the document showing the funds delivered, purchased amount, withdrawals and any adjustments, together with the complaint. The review should reconcile those records before evaluating an admission or new promise to pay.

A smaller settlement total still requires a balance review
The excerpt states an $11,760 suit amount plus interest, costs and attorneys’ fees. It describes $7,250 settlement terms with $1,450 monthly payments until paid in full. It also incorporates introductory recitals into the agreement. The excerpt does not show the full default provisions, completed payments or final case paperwork.

Partial, redacted excerpt from one matter. Other pages, amendments and later events may affect these terms. This discussion does not summarize the complete agreement or case. Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Check the figures before adopting them in a settlement
Identify whether the dispute concerns a receivables purchase, a line of credit or another product. Then label each figure correctly: gross funding, net proceeds, purchased amount, payments credited and balance demanded. Comparing a claimed suit balance with the original deposit can be misleading if they measure different things.
Read the recitals and any acknowledgment of indebtedness. When a settlement incorporates those paragraphs, they are not merely background decoration. Have counsel review what you would admit, whether the ledger supports it and which disputes the proposed agreement would resolve.
For a monthly plan, confirm the first due date, recipient, payment method and treatment of credits already received. Ask which document ends the pending action and whether any guarantor or separate account remains outside the settlement. None of those answers should be inferred from the reduced total alone.
Where does your Capital Minutes matter stand?
MCA payments are too much
Organize withdrawals by account and agreement so that a proposed monthly payment does not overlook other MCA obligations.
Receivables or accounts are affected
Match any receivables demand to the particular agreement and party asserting rights.
Court papers have arrived
Compare the complaint’s balance with the ledger before signing an acknowledgment of the suit amount.
Four practical first steps.
- Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
- Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
- Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
- Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.

Is the $11,760 figure the amount the merchant originally received?
The excerpt identifies it as the suit amount, with additional claimed charges. It should not be relabeled as the original advance.
Do the introductory paragraphs of a settlement matter?
