Chrome Capital MCA judgment or a settlement offer with an expiration date?
An offer to pause enforcement may depend on prompt acceptance and exact payment performance. Read the deadline for accepting the offer separately from the dates when money must arrive.

The Chrome Capital file
The public correspondence in BDLG’s library identifies Chrome Capital and concerns a lawsuit, a stated balance and proposed settlement terms. The visible excerpt does not provide a complete legal-entity designation. Match the name to your signed agreement, complaint and counsel’s correspondence before connecting it with a similarly named business.
The letter says the funder would refrain from enforcing the judgment while the described payments are made. It separately addresses closing the account and dismissing the lawsuit after all payments. Those are different milestones, and the complete file is needed to establish the actual procedural status.
The example also has a short deadline for signing and returning the letter. It is a historical, matter-specific document—not an open offer to other merchants or proof that the proposed terms were accepted.

An expiring offer with a substantial initial payment
The letter states a $129,079.84 balance and describes $60,000 settlement terms: $25,000 initially, followed by $8,750 monthly wires until paid. It conditions non-enforcement on performance and describes closure after full payment. It also says the offer expires unless signed and returned within two days, and addresses termination after a late payment. Redacted dates and omitted records prevent determining acceptance or completion.

Partial, redacted excerpt from one matter. Other pages, amendments and later events may affect these terms. This discussion does not summarize the complete agreement or case. Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
An offer deadline and a court deadline are different clocks
Identify who made the offer, the date it was delivered, the stated expiration and the method for acceptance. If more time or different terms are needed, obtain written confirmation from an authorized person. An ongoing conversation should not be treated as proof that an expired offer remains available.
Keep court deadlines on a separate calendar. Negotiating or accepting a payment proposal does not, without the necessary agreement or court action, establish that every deadline or enforcement step has stopped. Ask exactly what is paused and what remains active while payments are made.
The public letter describes termination without notice if payment is late. Review the complete terms before assuming a grace period exists. Confirm receipt deadlines, credits and the paperwork required after the last payment, particularly where the letter references both a judgment and dismissal of a lawsuit.
Where does your Chrome Capital matter stand?
MCA payments are too much
Test the initial payment as well as the recurring wires against available cash and other MCA commitments.
Receivables or accounts are affected
Identify which enforcement step the letter would pause and what written notice an affected third party needs.
Court papers have arrived
Bring both the judgment and settlement correspondence so the proposed closing steps can be matched to the case.
Four practical first steps.
- Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
- Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
- Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
- Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.
Chrome Capital MCA questions, answered.
Can another merchant accept the $60,000 terms shown here?
No. This is an excerpt from one matter with its own balance, dates and conditions. It is not a standard offer.
Does discussing an offer extend its expiration date?
Do not assume it does. Obtain a clear written extension or revised offer from someone authorized to give it.
Does a pause in enforcement mean the judgment is gone?
No. Forbearance and satisfaction or other case-closing action are different. Review the required documents and current docket.
Does the short acceptance period replace a court deadline?
No. Track the offer and court requirements separately, and have counsel confirm any agreed or ordered extension.
