The Funders App file
The public excerpt identifies FUNDERS APP LLC doing business as LINK ADVANCE. That pairing comes from this document; it should be checked against your own agreement and court caption rather than inferred from similar marketing names.
The recitals describe a purchase of future receipts, a separate guaranty, an outstanding purchased-receipts balance and a larger amount claimed in a lawsuit. These figures serve different purposes. A comparison should specify which one it uses instead of selecting the largest number to imply a better result.
The visible payment terms also address increasing weekly installments, a final lump sum and funds already held. This is a partial proposed stipulation with redacted dates. It does not prove that the proposal was accepted, that restrained money was transferred or that the matter concluded.
- Entity and trade name in the excerpt
- Funders App LLC d/b/a Link Advance
- Schedule issue
- Two weekly-payment phases followed by a large final amount
- Accounting issue
- Held funds are credited toward the stated settlement total
- Independent legal representation

The full schedule matters more than the opening payment
The excerpt describes an outstanding purchased-receipts balance of $201,605 and a larger $252,605 complaint claim. Its $175,000 proposed settlement includes 12 weekly payments of $2,500, then 12 weekly payments of $5,000, and an $85,000 lump sum. It also directs held funds toward the settlement balance. The comparison here uses the outstanding receipts, not the larger complaint claim; acceptance and performance are not established.

Partial, redacted excerpt from one matter. Other pages, amendments and later events may affect these terms. This discussion does not summarize the complete agreement or case. Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Model the second phase and final payment before accepting the first
Build the entire schedule from the complete proposal. The visible weekly amount doubles in the second phase, and the final lump sum is substantial. Evaluate the source of each payment and the effect on payroll, operating expenses and other MCAs; do not judge affordability from the first 12 weeks alone.
Reconcile restrained or held funds with the written total. This excerpt says those funds count toward the settlement balance, so treating them as an additional amount on top would misstate the proposal. Confirm the actual amount available, transfer authorization, credit date and effect on remaining installments in writing.
Timing details also matter. The page describes debiting on the preceding business day when a remittance date is a holiday and references a grace period for the final payment whose dates are redacted. Do not assume the date moves later or infer the length of that grace period from this public copy. Obtain a complete, dated schedule.
Where does your Funders App matter stand?
MCA payments are too much
Review both weekly phases and the final lump sum against a realistic cash-flow forecast.
Receivables or accounts are affected
Track money already held and what must occur for transfer, credit and release of the affected account.
Court papers have arrived
Compare the complaint demand with purchased receipts, payments, additional charges and the proposed stipulation.
Four practical first steps.
- Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
- Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
- Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
- Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.

Why use $201,605 instead of the larger complaint claim?
The former is the stated outstanding purchased-receipts balance. The complaint claim is a different figure; the basis of comparison should be clear.

The visible terms say they are applied toward the settlement balance. The actual amount and effect on the schedule require full-file confirmation.
Is the first weekly payment the payment for the whole plan?
