The NewCo file

Bizcap’s current privacy policy identifies NewCo Capital Group, LLC dba Bizcap and refers to NewCoCapitalGroup.com as its predecessor website. That is a useful brand reference, but it does not make every similarly named NewCo entity the same contracting party.

In a separate 2024 court decision, MCA Servicing Company was described as an assumed name of Newco Capital Group VI LLC. The additional designation matters when comparing your own agreement with the party seeking payment. Keep the complete legal name, including any number or suffix, in your records.

The public settlement excerpt below names Newco Capital Group and provides weekly ACH terms. Its value is in the schedule and conditions, not merely the difference between the two totals. Your own documents may involve a different entity, transaction or stage of litigation.

Acceptance, completed payment, releases and the final outcome require verification from the complete records. This is not a standard offer or promised result. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

The brand may change. Keep the contract record intact.

A small change in total can still carry important terms.

Evaluate the weekly cash requirement, the final payment and any default consequences instead of judging the arrangement only by a percentage reduction. Read acknowledgments of jurisdiction, service, liability and releases alongside the payment provision. Those terms can affect legal positions independently of the balance.

If the demand or complaint uses an unfamiliar servicing name, preserve the contract and any assignment documents before drawing conclusions. An attorney can compare the claimant, transaction and evidence. Continue to track court deadlines while the naming and payment issues are being reviewed.

Before the next call or deadline

Four practical first steps.

  1. Check for a court deadline. If you received court papers, identify where the case is filed and when a response is due. Settlement discussions do not automatically extend a deadline.
  2. Put the records in one place.Collect the agreement, payment history, bank statements, and every notice. Preserve emails and texts, including any proposed settlement terms.
  3. Review a proposed change before signing.A new agreement, acknowledgment, release, or guarantee can affect your rights and obligations. Have its terms reviewed in context.
  4. Discuss a plan for your actual situation.Ask which legal or negotiation options fit the documents, cash flow, and litigation status—and what representation would cost.
Questions about this funder

NewCo MCA questions, answered.

Is Bizcap connected with NewCo Capital Group?

Bizcap’s current privacy policy identifies NewCo Capital Group, LLC dba Bizcap. Your agreement still needs review to determine the actual legal entity and obligation involved.

Is NewCo Capital Group VI LLC the same name as NewCo Capital Group, LLC?

They are different entity names. The cited decision discusses MCA Servicing Company as an assumed name of the VI entity. Do not omit the distinction or assume the current website identity proves which company holds your contract.

Does settlement always mean a large reduction?

No. A resolution can involve timing, payment structure, litigation terms or other conditions. The example above shows why evaluating only the difference between the two totals misses material terms.

Why review acknowledgments of jurisdiction or service?

They concern legal positions in a case, not simply how much is paid each week. Have the complete agreement reviewed before signing so you understand the obligations and positions it addresses.

What does the free MCA review cover?

The initial consultation can address your MCA agreement, payment pressure, collection communications or case status. Consultations are free. Any retained legal-service fees are separate and addressed in the engagement terms.
